App Store Continues to Show True Colors

Apple will never cease to amaze me with their completely arbitrary app store approval policies. In case you live under a rock, last week we covered the story that the app store removed over 6,000 apps for having, what they deemed, inappropriate content.

However, if you go through the app store you will notice that the extremely provocative Playboy, Maxim and SI Swimsuit Apps are not only still there, but are featured best sellers! It appears that all sexiness has been banned from the app store, except for the apps that happen to be made by large media companies, regardless of the content.

It’s completely ridiculous for Apple to make themselves out to be the paragon for family values, when their value system seems to be decided by who has the largest wallets.
