Multitouch Comes to the Droid

Ok, so you’ve decided to not take part in the iPhone revolution and decided to make the Verizon/Google Droid your personal smartphone, however your friends with iPhones keep making fun of your lack of multitouch web browsing - well, I have good news for you: the app creators at Dolphin have created a third party app just for you!

The Droid has already shown that it handles multitouch functionality just as well as the iPhone, however they are limiting this feature exclusively to third party applications. The reasons for this are unknown, however it most likely is due to Verizon’s attempt at clearing any potential patent conflicts with Apple down the line.
